Welcome to Day 16 of my first series – Cooking Dinner for 21 Days! What else is a perfect meal to eat while watching Sunday Night Football than SALT AND PEPPER SHRIMP?! In Taiwan, we also keep the shell on when we fry the shrimp. It helps keep the meat on the inside nice and juicy and adds a nice crunch with the skin. If you never tried fried shrimp tail, you are missing out! It is like seafood chips but better. However, if you prefer a less messy way to eat, you can also fry with the shell off.
My fiance and I destroyed this plate of fried shrimp in 15 minutes with a nice ice-cold beer. It was HEAVEN in a plate, and while I am typing up this recipe, I am also salivating for more.
Many people have been asking for more pescatarian dishes, and don’t worry; I got you!! I got more to come. Message me on Instagram to suggest a dish you want me to recreate.
