Materials

  • 3-4 cups of Dried Pasta
  • 1 Red Pepper chopped
  • 1 Orange Pepper chopped
  • 0.5 cup of Edamame Beans
  • 2 Green Onion chopped
  • ¼ Red Cabbage thinly sliced
  • ½ Cucumber chopped

Optional Toppings:

  • Bocconcini
  • Sliced Almonds

Creamy Sesame Sauce:

Instructions

  • Prepare the pasta based on instruction, rinse with cold water, drain and set aside.
  • Mix sesame paste, soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, freshly grated ginger, sugar, and salt and pepper.
  • Assemble the pasta salad by adding on all the toppings, drizzle on the sauce, mix and enjoy!

Notes

Toppings such as shredded almonds can be left on the side, so it stays nice and crunchy!
