This High-Fiber Blueberry Chia Yogurt Bowl is one of my favorite ways to make a quick, satisfying breakfast that can be different every single morning. This particular one also comes with a warm high-fiber jam that you can make with just chia seeds and frozen blueberries in the microwave! Combined with Greek yogurt, some homemade granola, and some fresh fruits, this is the type of gut-friendly breakfast to help you start your day right. If you’re looking for ways to make your yogurt bowls less boring, you have to try this recipe!
Add the frozen blueberries to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until softened and juicy.
Mash the blueberries slightly, then stir in the chia seeds. Microwave for another 30 seconds, mix well, and let sit for about 2 minutes. The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and turn the blueberries into a quick, thick jam.
Assemble your yogurt bowl with the Greek yogurt, sliced figs, warm blueberry chia jam, granola, and cacao nibs.
