If you want to spice up your dumplings, try making my hot and sour dumplings that take less than 10 minutes to make! Hot and Sour Dumplings is one of my favorite ways to enjoy dumplings, and it is super easy to make at home.
While you boil your dumplings in a pot, prepare the hot and sour dumplings sauce.
Add green onion, garlic, red chili flakes, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
In a pot, heat up 4 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is hot, pour the hot oil into the bowl to enhance the flavor of each ingredient.
Next, add black vinegar, soy sauce, and a pinch of chicken powder (optional).
Pour in hot water from the cooking dumplings, and add in the cooked dumpling. Garnish with cilantro, and enjoy!

Notes
To make this Vegetarian, simply use vegetarian dumplings, and replace chicken powder with mushroom powder or vegetarian dashi. Or, you can skip the chicken powder entirely.
