Ingredients
1lbthinly sliced pork bellycut into bite-sized pieces
Season 1 lb thinly sliced pork belly with salt and black pepper.
Heat a pan on medium-high and pan-fry pork belly until crispy and golden brown.
In a small bowl, mix together 1 onion grated, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp mirin or honey, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 green onion, 1-2 jalapeño, 1-2 Thai red chili, and 1/2 tsp Black Pepper.
Drizzle the sauce over the pork belly. Turn heat to high and sauté for 2 minutes until the pork is coated and glossy.
Sprinkle with 1 tsp sesame seeds and extra green onion. Serve hot!
