Ingredients
- 1 piece steak 8oz. cut into cubes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2.5 cups cold cooked rice
- 1 cup frozen veggie
- 2 eggs
- 2 stalks green onion chopped (separated whites and greens)
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 4 tbsp Sizzling Black Pepper Sauce
Instructions
- Season the steak with black pepper, soy sauce, baking soda and oil.
- Let the steak set for 30 seconds and pan-fry for 2-3 minutes, remove and set aside.
- In the same pan add in white parts of the green onion, and garlic. Sauté for 30 second.
- Drizzle in the egg, scramble everything together before adding in cold cooked rice and frozen veggie.
- Sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add in green onion, steak, and black pepper sauce.
- Sauté on high heat for 1-2 minutes, and serve.
