This 7 Minute Golden Shallot Oil Noodle Salad is my type of pasta salad - quick, easy, and tasty. Super fragrant and savory from kai dong’s Golden Shallot Oil and Four Season Scallion Sauce, this noodle salad dressing hits all the right flavors without taking a lot of time at all. All you need to do is cook your Hand Cut Noodles, and mix in the sauces, veggies, and your favorite toppings. Ingredients

2 tbsp Four Season Scallion Sauce
1 tbsp Golden Shallot Oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 pack Hand Cut Noodles
1 cup spring mix
1/4 cup shredded cucumbers
1 stalk green onion
1 Fried Egg

Garnish

green onion chopped
sesame seed
1 tsp. Four Season Scallion Sauce

Instructions

In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp Golden Shallot Oil, 2 tbsp Four Season Scallion Sauce, and 1 tsp sesame seeds.
Cook the 1 pack Hand Cut Noodles according to package instructions. Optional: rinse your noodles in cold water for a bouncier texture.
Add cooked noodles, 1 cup spring mix, 1/4 cup shredded cucumbers, and 1 stalk green onion to the bowl with the dressing. Mix until well incorporated.
Top with 1 Fried Egg, and garnish with sesame seed, chopped green onion, and 1 tsp. Four Season Scallion Sauce.
