Mix chicken wings, baking powder, garlic powder, red chili powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Preheat the air-fryer to 400F for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, spray the air fryer to prevent the chicken from sticking, and add in the chicken.
Spray on some oil on top of the chicken (optional), and fry at 400F for 8-10 minutes on each side.
** Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in batches. Leave some space in between the chicken so it can be crispy up easier. **
Mix orange juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, oyster sauce, red chili flakes, grated ginger, and orange zest.
In a separate bowl mix corn starch and cold water.
Bring the orange sauce to a simmer for 2-3 minutes, and slowly pour in the corn starch mixture to thicken.
Drizzle the sauce over the crispy chicken, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.

Notes
If you don’t have an air-fryer you can also use an oven, however, it will be less crispy. For oven instruction, pre-heat to 400F, bake on each side for 25 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Make sure to turn every 10 minutes to prevent the chicken from burning.
