You need to give my finger-licking good air-fried Orange Chicken Wings a try!
CRISPY air-fried chicken coated in a spicy, tangy orange sauce, this Air-fried Orange Chicken Wings is the ultimate game-changer.
I am back with more air-fryer recipes, and this time, we are making super easy air-fried orange chicken wings.
The orange-glazed sauce is sticky, savory, sweet, and packed with flavor. Plus, this recipe will share a few secret tips for super crispy air-fried chicken wings.

I am combing two classic recipes, Orange chicken and crispy chicken wings for my healthier alternative, crispy air-fried Orange Chicken Wings!
If you don’t like deep-frying this recipe is for you.
Everyone’s definition of “HEALTHY” is different; for me, healthy means less sugar, more whole foods, and no deep-frying.
I am using baking powder today to give these Chicken Wings an extra crunch.
Baking powder has Alkaline, which helps the chicken, brown and crisp up faster. A little bit goes a long way, but when I am not deep frying, I always add a pinch of baking powder to give the wings an extra crunch.

All you need for the Air-fried Orange Chicken Wings glaze is soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, Red chili pepper, grated ginger, oyster sauce, orange juice, and orange zest.
Add the orange zest near the end to give the sauce the extra tangy kick.
If you like it spicy, you can also add in some chili paste or sriracha sauce.
The best part about home cooking is adjusting the recipe to your liking, and taste before adding in the chicken to see if you want the sauce to be more sweet, tangy, savory, or spicy.

The air fryer I am using today is the Cosori Pro Air Fryer.
It is super easy to use, affordable, and also my personal favorite air-fryer.
If you don’t have an air-fryer you can also use an oven, however, it will be less crispy.
For oven instruction, pre-heat to 400F, and bake on each side for 25 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Make sure to turn every 10 minutes to prevent the chicken from burning.
