This is the BEST Air Fryer Soy Sauce Chicken you will ever try, and the best part is it is also SUPER easy to make! The chicken is crispy on the outside, while the meat is super juicy and flavourful on the inside. Once you find out how simple it is to make Soy Sauce Chicken at home, you will be having this for chicken at least once a week!
I craved Taiwanese Chicken Bento this weekend, so I started playing around the kitchen with different spices and cooking methods. After testing out FIVE different batches, I am confident that this is the BEST Soy Sauce Chicken out there! I like to pair my Soy Sauce Chicken with a bowl of rice, but this will also taste amazing on top of a bowl of hot noodle soup as well! (Maybe a future recipe?)
I am using an air fryer today because the high heat fries the chicken skin until crispy while still keeping all the chicken juices; however, if you don’t have an air fryer, you can also use the oven at 400F for 20 minutes as well.
