I created my Korean Spicy Garlic Bread when I played around in the kitchen super hungry one night.
I was craving kimchi grilled cheese, but I didn’t have any cheese at home.
Since I always have gochujang at home, so I decided to make a garlic bread spread, and once I took the first bite, I was IN LOVE!
After testing around with a few different methods, I am excited to share the BEST garlic bread recipe EVER!
Make the Korean Spicy Garlic Bread butter in BULK because it is SUPER addicting.
The gochujang garlic butter tastes good with EVERYTHING.
The spread consists of butter, roasted garlic, gochujang, black pepper, oregano, and fresh chives.
The saltiness and umami flavors from the gochujang pair perfectly with roasted garlic and butter.
You can also spread the spicy garlic butter on roasted potato and salmon as well.
Korean Spicy Garlic Bread pairs perfectly with soup for the fall season.
Next week, I will share how to make my Taiwanese CREAMY corn soup, but it will also taste amazing with cream of mushroom soup or clam chowder.
