Easy Gochujang Garlic Bread
Korean-Inspired Gochujang Garlic Bread
“WOW, what did you put in here? It is UNREAL” is what my husband told me when he tried my Korean-inspired Spicy Garlic Bread. I created my Korean Spicy Garlic Bread when I played around in the kitchen super hungry one night. I was craving kimchi grilled cheese, but I didn’t have any cheese at home.
Since I always have gochujang at home, so I decided to make a garlic bread spread, and once I took the first bite, I was IN LOVE! After testing around with a few different methods, I am excited to share the BEST garlic bread recipe EVER!
Gochujang Garlic Bread Ingredients
Gochujang Garlic Butter
I make the Korean Spicy Garlic Butter in BULK because it is SUPER addicting. The gochujang garlic butter tastes good with EVERYTHING. The spread consists of butter, roasted garlic, gochujang, black pepper, oregano, and fresh chives. The saltiness and umami flavors from the gochujang pair perfectly with roasted garlic and butter.
You can also spread the spicy garlic butter on roasted potato and salmon as well.

It’s also a great accompaniment to a salad! S coop up someTex Mex Chicken Corn Salad with a piece of spicy bread. Or scoop up the rest of a plate ofCreamy Miso Mushroom Pasta sauce!

This was a game changer! I liked the hint of gochujang.
Does it matter what kind of bread? Italian, French, ciabatta, etc… looks delicious
Nope! You can use your favorite kind of bread!
Got rave reviews at my dinner party. It was garlic bread taken to a new level. Definitely a keeper
What kind of cheese do you use when you choose to add cheese?
Hi Carolyn! I add a mix of shredded cheddar and mozzarella for the color and the cheese pull!
