Air Fryer Cheesy Yolky Tuna Melt

Make this Yolky Cheesy Tuna Melt in an air fryer in 10 Minutes with me! I made a full day of meals with an Air Fryer, and this tuna melt was amazing! Cheesy with a runny yolk, this sandwich combines creamy Japanese mayo and black pepper with canned tuna on a base of yummy bread. It's a decadent breakfast sandwich that you won't believe only takes 10 minutes!

Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread
- 1 can tuna
- 1/4 cup Japanese mayo
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 Egg Yolk
Instructions
- Add tuna to a bowl and season with Japanese mayo and black pepper
- Spread the tuna mixture over one slice of bread.
- using the back of the spoon make a dent in the middle of the bread.
- Place the slice of bread with the dent on top of the tuna mixture of the other to make a sandwich.
- sprinkle on shredded cheese and add the egg yolk where the dent was made
- Air fry at 380 for 7 minutes.
