Air Fryer Lemongrass Pork Chop

This Air Fryer Lemongrass Pork Chop might be my favorite air fryer recipe! This hearty Southeast Asian-inspired pork recipe has a delicious lemongrass marinade that reminds me so much of past travels! To make things more interesting, I serve these chops with a quick scallion sauce that takes no time to make at all! Take 20 minutes tonight and have these hearty, savory pork chops for dinner!

Ingredients
- 4 pieces pork chop center cut bone-in pork chops ~1.5 inch thick
- 8 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 ½ tbsp minced Lemongrass
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Chili Flakes optional
- 1 tsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 3 stalks Green Onion chopped
Instructions
- Using the back of your knife, slightly flatten the pork chop on both sides. Cut slits along the fat - this will prevent the pork chops from curling up when air frying
- Marinate the pork chops with garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chili flakes (optional) for at least 1 hour, or overnight
- Air fry the pork chops at 400F for 12-16 minutes, flipping halfway through or until the internal temperature reaches 140F
- In the meantime, make the sauce. In a bowl, add chopped green onion and salt on top. Heat up 6 tbsp of oil until smoking, drizzle over the green onion and salt. Mix well.
