Ingredients

2 pieces Salmon, skin on around 5-7 oz each
1.5 tablespoons white miso paste
1 tablespoon Mirin or Honey
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
0.5 tablespoon dashi powder
1 pinch black pepper
3 tablespoon Japanese Mayo

Instructions

First, mix Japanese mayo, soy sauce, miso paste, mirin, dashi powder, and black pepper.
Coat the top of the salmon with the mayo mixture (not the side with the skin), marinate for 30 minutes or overnight
Line the air fryer with parchment paper, or spray it with oil. Place the salmon skin side facing down.
Air fry at 400F for 10-11 minutes. ENJOY!
