2 tbsp strawberry jam
1 cup milk any kind you prefer: whole, almond, oat, etc.
1 tsp matcha powder
30 ml hot water
Ice cubes

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with the hot water until smooth and frothy. Set aside to cool slightly.
In a tall glass, add the strawberry jam to the bottom.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour in the milk, leaving some space at the top for the matcha.
Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the milk and ice, creating a layered effect.
