This Brown Sugar Cinnamon Hojicha Latte is my go-to morning drink for this fall! Made with hojicha, oat milk, and a homemade cinnamon brown sugar cold foam, this is the kind of comforting drink that reminds you it is almost holiday season. Ready in 10 minutes, it is a creamy and sweet start to your day without an intense caffeine buzz. If you’re looking for coffee alternatives but still love cafe drinks, you have to try this cinnamon hojicha latte!
Make the Cold Foam: In a small cup, combine cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a splash of milk. Froth with a hand-held mixer or whisk until thick and foamy. Set aside.
Prepare the Hojicha: In another cup, whisk hojicha powder and a pinch of cinnamon with 60 ml of hot water until smooth.
Assemble the Latte: Fill a glass with ice. Pour in 120 ml of oat milk, then the hojicha mixture. Gently spoon or pour the brown sugar cold foam on top.
Optional: Dust a little extra cinnamon on top for a cozy touch.
