Ingredients
5large King Oyster Mushroomssliced 1.5 inches thick
Cut the mushroom into 1.5 inch thick pieces and score the mushroom on both sides.
Season the mushroom with salt and pepper.
Mix freshly grated ginger, honey, garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper in a bowl.
In a pan, drizzle in oil, and turn the heat to medium-high. Once the pan is hot, add the mushroom and pan-fries for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Drizzle on the sauce and let it simmer on high heat for another 2-3 minutes
Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds, and enjoy!
