Ginger Glazed Oyster Mushroom

King Oyster Mushrooms

This recipe combines my love for seafood and mushrooms by cooking these King Oyster Mushrooms as if they’re scallops. This is the only mushroom that can re that meaty scallop texture. Slice the stem crosswise into thick rounds, about 1 to 1.5 inches thick. This way, they’re bite sized and easy to eat, and looks just like scallops when cooked. The, score the mushroom to also help it absorb all the delicious glaze and give it a scallop-like look.
