Instructions
Stack 5 pieces of rice paper together and soak them in warm water. Try to press out as many air bubbles as possible so the rice paper will stick together easily.
Transfer the rice paper to a microwaveable bowl, and add around ½ cup of water.
Microwave for one minute and thirty seconds, and cut into your desired thickness.
PRO-TIP: Brush a little oil on your knife to prevent the noodles from sticking together.
PRO-TIP #2: add the noodles in your sauce one noodle at a time; this will ensure it is easier to mix and prevent them from sticking together.

Notes
RO-TIP: Brush a little oil on your knife to prevent the noodles from sticking together. You can enjoy the gluten-free rice paper noodles with any sauce. But I prefer to enjoy them with spicy, oily sauces, as the noodle soaks up all the juices, making it super delicious!
