Notes
You can also air-fry or pan-fry if you don’t want to fry the Golden Prawn Pancake deep. Of course, deep-frying will always taste the best; however, if you want a healthy alternative or just a quick and easy snack, I highly recommend air-frying the pancakes. Spray or brush the pancake with oil, and place it in the air fryer—Air-fry at 380F for 5 minutes on each side. To pan-fry, pour a shallow amount of oil into a pan, and turn the heat to medium-high. Pan-fry the pancake for 5 minutes on each side, or until crispy and golden brown.
