This recipe is the EASIEST Hand-Cut Noodle you will ever make, and it only requires THREE simple ingredients! In a large bowl, add flour, salt, and water. Mix with chopstick until it becomes flakey.
Once the flour becomes flakey, knead until it forms into a ball.
Optional step for beginners: let the dough rest for 10-20 minutes before moving to the next step.
Knead the ball for another 5 - 10 minutes or until it becomes a smooth surface ball
Let the dough rest for 1 hour
After 1 hour, the dough should be soft; roll out the dough into a square with your desire thickness. *keep in mind the noodles expand a little when cooked*
Tip: roll the dough up with your rolling pin, and roll it out from the middle to the two ends; this can help thin out the dough, and the dough should double in size.
Fold the dough up on top of each other and cut into your desire thickness
Cook the fresh noodle in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, and you are ready to serve!

Freezer instruction:
after you cut the noodles, rest them on parchment paper and separate them into your desired serving sizes.
Freeze the noodles for 1 hour; once the noodles become hard, place them into zip-lock bags.
To cook, add frozen noodles into boiling water, separate with chopsticks, and cook for 4-5minutess or until soft.
