Ingredients
8-10mini sausagescut small slits on each
1onionsliced
1red bell peppersliced
1yellow bell peppersliced
1small carrotjulienned (or any veggie of choice: broccoli, zucchini, etc.)
Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, honey, black pepper, and a little water if needed. Set aside.
Sauté the Sausages: Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the mini sausages and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned and curled up.
Stir-Fry the Onion: Add the sliced onion and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Cook the Vegetables: Add the bell peppers and carrots (or your choice of veggies). Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
Add the Sauce: Drizzle the prepared sauce over the stir-fry and toss everything together. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce coats the ingredients and soaks in.
Finish & Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot!
