Creamy, rich, and delicious Mango Pudding only requires FIVE ingredients! Inspired by HK Mango Pudding, this pudding is super creamy and SUPER easy to make at home. Every bite, you get chunks of fresh mango, not too sweet, the perfect summer dessert. All you need is mango, water, sugar, cream, and gelatine.

Ingredients
3cupsFresh Mango Chunks
0.5cupWater
2.5tbspSugar
2tbspGelatin2 packs ~ 13g
150mlWater
250mlHeavy Cream
Instructions
Blend 2 cups of Mango with 0.5 cups of water until smooth puree consistency. Filter if you don’t want the fiber and smoother texture.
In a pot, add heavy cream and sugar. Simmer until sugar is dissolved.
Mix pure and cream mixture, add gelatin mixture (150 ml of water and two tbsp of Gelatine), mix everything.
In the container, add in the remaining refresh mango and pour in the mixture. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Serve with more fresh mango and condense milk.

Notes
If you prefer a more creamy mango pudding mixture, filter the puree and skip the fresh mango chunks. You can also use honey or sugar alternatives if you want a healthy version. And if you are lactose intolerant, you can substitute with coconut milk.
