Mango Pudding (5 Ingredients ONLY!)

Mango Pudding (5 Ingredients ONLY!)

Creamy, rich, and delicious Mango Pudding only requires FIVE ingredients!

Inspired by HK Mango Pudding, this pudding is super creamy and SUPER easy to make at home.

Every bite, you get chunks of fresh mango, not too sweet, the perfect summer dessert. All you need is mango, water, sugar, cream, and gelatine.

You know this recipe is legit when I even forgot to film my “LOOK AT THAT” because I was too busy eating.

Mango Pudding (5 Ingredients ONLY!)

Mango is easily my favorite snack; besides my Mango Sago dessert recipe, my go-to summer dessert is for sure this creamy Mango Pudding.

Super easy to make at home, and you can also make it the night before if you are hosting a summer potluck or picnic.

This Mango Pudding is for sure going to be the crowd-pleaser, and if you are a mom, I promise your kids will LOVE this dessert.

Fresh Mango

You can make your Mango Pudding however you like.

I like to eat the Mango Pudding with fresh mango, as it adds texture to the pudding, and I also like to serve the fresh mango with fresh mango on top of the pudding, drizzled with condensed milk.

chopped

If you prefer a more creamy mango pudding mixture, filter the puree and skip the fresh mango chunks.

You can also use honey or sugar alternatives if you want a healthy version. And if you are lactose intolerant, you can substitute with coconut milk.

Taro Sweet Potato Balls

Do you want more dessert recipes? Here are some of my go-to dessert recipes that are FAIL-PROOF and are the ultimate crowd pleaser!

About Me
Hi! I am Tiffy and I am a HUGE foodie. I love to cook, I love to eat, and I love sharing what I love with the world.
I was born in Taiwan, a country with some of the best street food in the world. When I think back to my childhood, I remember all the fantastic restaurants my dad brought me to when I was young. You see, my family is also huge foodies; we use to wander around night markets every weekend, skip the last period in class to try out new restaurants, and every summer, we would travel around Taiwan exploring all the new “must try” dishes around the country.
