Make yourself a Pumpkin Spice Hojicha Latte to enjoy the full fall season without leaving your house! Autumn makes me want to stay in all day with my books, and this easy iced latte really, really helps! Creamy, earthy, and not too sweet, this cafe-level drink is surprisingly easy to make. With layers of ice-cold milk, freshly-whisked hojicha, and pumpkin spice cold foam, I feel cozy and pampered without stepping outside. Lean into the fall season with this yummy, super simple drink!
Make the Cold Foam: In a small cup, combine heavy cream, a splash of milk (if using), pumpkin spice, and pumpkin butter. Froth with a hand-held mixer or whisk until thick and foamy. Set aside.
Prepare the Hojicha: In another cup, whisk hojicha powder with 60 ml of hot water until smooth.
Assemble the Latte: Fill a glass with ice. Pour in 100 ml of milk, then the hojicha mixture slowly on top. Gently spoon or pour the pumpkin spice cold foam on top.
Optional: Dust a little extra pumpkin spice on top for a cozy touch.
