Scallion Chicken Noodle Stir Fry

Here’s an easy 15 Minute Scallion Chicken Noodle Stir Fry using Kai Dong Noodles and Sauces. With flavorful chicken and a deep scallion aroma, this chicken noodle recipe is definitely better than takeout chicken chow mien. This is a noodle recipe you can make anytime with the Kai Dong sauces and noodles in your pantry!
Ingredients
- 2 servings QQ Noodles
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 3 stalks Green Onion cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp Golden Shallot Oil
Chicken 🐔 marinade
- 2-3 chicken thigh cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil optional
- 1.5 tbsp corn starch
Sauce
- 2.5 tbsp Four Season Scallion Sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
Instructions
- Season the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and corn starch. Marinate for 5 min.
- Cook noodles in a pot of boiling water for 6 min on the side.
- Saute chicken for 5-6 min or until 90% cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add in Golden Shallot Oil, white parts of the green onion, saute together for 1-2 min.
- Add in your cooked noodles, bean sprouts, rest of the green onion, add back in the chicken. Mix and drizzle on the sauce.
- Saute on high heat for another 2-3 min.
