To make these noodles extra flavorful, we’re taking a couple of steps to really add layers of flavor. Starting with the chicken, we marinade with soy sauceoyster sauce, black pepper, oil, and corn starch for a savory and tender bite. Then, we add aroma with scallions and the golden shallot oil, covering all of the noodles with infused flavor. Finally, we add the four season scallion sauce to add some savory goodness to the noodles.

kai dong Sauces Saves Me So Much Time

For today’s noodles, we used the QQ noodles as well as 2 kai dong sauces. When I find myself low on time and don’t want to think about what I have to cook, I reach for the  kai Ddong sauces for a quick meal. It gives me the familiar flavors I love without me having to do a lot.

Simplify Your Noodles with Kai Dong

This Chicken Noodle Stir Fry was made with kai dong’s Sun Dried QQ Noodles: Thinly cut with a bit of a bite, they’re the perfect noodle for any cravings!


  1. Season the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and corn starch. Marinate for 5 min.
  2. Cook noodles in a pot of boiling water for 6 min on the side.
  3. Saute chicken for 5-6 min or until 90% cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add in Golden Shallot Oil, white parts of the green onion, saute together for 1-2 min.
  5. Add in your cooked noodles, bean sprouts, rest of the green onion, add back in the chicken. Mix and drizzle on the sauce.
  6. Saute on high heat for another 2-3 min.
