Instructions
Wrap two thin slices of beef around the asparagus, roll it up, and rest it opening side facing down. Season with black pepper.
24 thinly slices of beef,
12 asparagus,
Black Pepper
For the sauce, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, dashi powder, sugar, and water.
2 tbsp Soy Sauce,
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce,
0.25 tbsp dashi powder,
1 tbsp Sugar,
¼ cup cold water
Drizzle pan into an oil, and turn heat to medium-high. Add in the beef-rolled asparagus, and pan-fry for 2-3 minutes on each side
Drizzle in the sauce, cover and let it cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds and enjoy!
