Spicy Honey Glazed Salmon was one of my go-to dinners when I was in university. The ingredients are easy to find, and the recipe turns out delicious every single time. I love to pair my Spicy Honey Glazed Salmon with a big bowl of rice and a side of salad, but it also tastes good with roasted veggies and soba noodles. This is one of my go-to weeknight dishes because Salmon is rich in Omega-3, which is highly beneficial to the brain! After a long day of studying and work, it is essential to always fuel your body and your brain with nutritious food and DELICIOUS, healthy foods!
Pat dry the salmon and lightly salt and pepper both sides. Coat the salmon in flour and dust off any excess flour
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, red chili flakes, and grated ginger.
Turn the heat up to medium-high and drizzle in the oil in a pan. Once the pan is hot, add the salmon skin side facing down and pan fry it for 4 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
Pour in the sauce and let it simmer for 30 seconds before the salmon back in the pan. Cook the salmon for another 4 minutes and keep pouring the sauce all over the fish while frying.
