Instructions
In a large bowl, toss 2 lbs chicken wings with 2.5 tbsp soy sauce,1.5 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp Oil. Add the marinated wings and sauté for 9–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and nearly cooked through.
Chop up 2 shallots, 6 cloves garlic, and 1-2 Thai red chilies and add directly into the pan with the wings. Increase to high heat and sauté everything together for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and the wings are nicely coated.
Squeeze2 tbsp Lime juice over the wings and toss in the 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro. Give everything a final stir to coat well.
Garnish with extra cilantro and lime wedges. Serve hot with rice, noodles, or straight off the pan.
