Are you ready for my 5 Minute, ONLY Spicy Garlic Peanut Noodles? Creamy, spicy, savory, and delicious Spicy Garlic Peanut Noodles will be your new go-to meal! This recipe takes less than 5 minutes to put together with simple ingredients you already have at home. Warning, this noodle recipe is incredibly addicting, and you may be having this for the rest of the week, don’t say I didn’t warn you!
Prepare your favorite noodle; make sure to season the water with salt.
In a bowl, add peanut butter, grate in 3 cloves of fresh garlic, 2 tbsp of black vinegar, 2 tbsp of Homemade Chili Oil, and 3 tbsp of Hot Noodle Water. Mix until everything is combined. Add in more hot pasta water if needed till smooth consistency.
Add the noodles to the bowl and mix them. Garnish with cilantro, green onion, fried shallots, and any toppings of your choice. If you like it spicy, drizzle on another tbsp of homemade chili oil to finish off.

The noodle I am using today is fresh wide white noodles. I found them at my local Asian Supermarket. If you don’t live near an Asian Supermarket, some of my favorite noodles that I recommend include Wu-Mu Dry Noodle, Chinese Dry Noodles, and Asha Foods Noodles (Linked).
