Do you know how people typically like to splurge on designer shoes and bags? Well, my guilty pleasure is splurging on beautiful pots and pans. No, I do not think you need every single item here; however, I find that many of the items below are worth the money if you take good care of it.
These kitchen gadgets and appliances are ones that I have been using for years, and you see all the time in my video. Let me know if you end up purchasing any of these and how you like them.
Kitchen Appliances:
Vitamix A3300 ($499) – I have been using my Vitamix for years. At first, I also did not see the hype of spending so much money on a blender; however, after receiving it as a gift one year, I know I can understand why this is worth the price. You can make soy milk, soups, chili oil, and smoothies in less than a minute! I love the smart blender series because it comes with a self-cleaning function, which is super convenient when you are blending greasy soups or making chili oil.

Hot Water Kettle ($20) – This kettle is beautiful and heats up fast. For those days that you just want to eat instant noodles and too lazy to cook, this is going to be your best friend. I also love how it’s see-through and easy to match with everything in the kitchen!

Knives:
Zwilling Signature Chinese Chef’s Knife ($89.99) – You see this in my video ALL THE TIME because it is perfect for everything. I know it looks intimidating at first, but once you get the hang of it, this knife will be your go-to every time!

J.A. Henckels Internation Statement 14-pc Self-Sharpening Knife Block Set ($159.95) – This is my new knife set. So far, I LOVE IT; the knives are super easy to hold and sharp as well! It is also quite affordable if you consider getting 14 pieces, which means each piece is only $12; if you are in the market for a good set of knives, I would highly recommend this set!

Pots & Pans
Heritage The Rock One-put Dutch Oven, 12-in ($169.99) – I couldn’t find this one on Amazon, and I believe only Canadian Tire carries this, but this is the pan that you see in ALL OF MY VIDEOS. It is SUCH a good non-stick pan, and I have nothing but good things to say about it! 10/10 I would highly recommend it!

Staub Cast Iron 5.5-quart ($229 – $259.95) – Yes, this is super pricey, but I think this is the best-cast iron out there. I tested beef stew in both this and the Heritage Rock Pan, and the heritage rock pan couldn’t even compete. It is non-stick, oven-safe, and makes the best stews you will ever have. I spent more than $300 testing out other Cast Irons because I couldn’t splurge on this one pan, and if I could go back in time, I would just pick this up right away because it is THAT good! I have 2 of these, and now I want another one!

All-Chad Stainless Steel Tri-Ply 8-inch ($162) – You see me using this in ALL MY VIDEOS and 10/10 best stainless steel pan ever! I have used so many other stainless steel pans where my food gets stuck, stains, burns, and this one never! I got this as a gift for my birthday last year, and I can say 100% out of all the pans I’ve ever used, this is the one I would recommend.

Korean Black Dolsot/Stone Bowl ($22.95) – Many of you asked for a good stone bowl for Korean stews or Bibimbap. This is perfect as it keeps the stew warm, and it stays sizzling even when you bring it to the table.

Kitchen Tools
Le Creuset Silicone Craft Series Utensil Set ($60) – This is my favorite utensils set that I use in all my videos, you can remove the top part, and it is dishwasher friendly! Super convenient and also super cute!

Some of these links are affiliated, but I will share these with my friends and family, but even without the affiliated links, I will never recommend anything terrible to you! I also only make a small commission; I included Amazon links as I know with the pandemic going on, I wanted to make sure that you can get safely at your own home’s comfort if you are shopping.
If I discover any newfound favorites, I will for sure share it here!

I’m so thankful for your page. I’m always looking for a list of things I need like staples because when making recipes I’m always going back and forth between home and the stores because I don’t have a certain ingredient. Can’t wait to make some food
