If you are looking for a DELICIOUS and easy recipe, you need to try my Cheesy Bacon Rice Ball.
Cheesy Bacon Rice Ball takes only 20 minutes to make at home, the perfect appetizer for lunch that you need to try.
Savory rice wrapped with melted cheese and crispy bacon, this recipe will blow your mind!

My favorite part about Cheesy Bacon Rice Ball or Rice Balls, in general, is that there are so many variations, and you can customize them to your liking.
Depending on your diet, schedule, and available options, you can add whatever filling you choose.
Today I am adding roasted seaweed, green onion, and furikake, but you can also add chopped carrots, sweet corn, or even kimchi if you like it spicy!
If you are in a rush, you can also eat it plain with just furikake seasoning, like me.

A few simple ingredients are all you need to make Cheesy Bacon Rice Ball.
Bacon, Cheese, Rice, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Kewpie Mayo, Green Onion, Furikake seasoning, and roasted seaweed.
The Kewpie mayo helps the rice stick together better, but if you are lactose intolerant, you can skip the mayo.
For Furikake seasoning, I prefer Nori Fume Brand. They have many different flavors, and they all taste delicious. Regarding roasted seaweed, my favorite brand is for sure KIRKLAND Roasted Seaweed; it’s affordable and accessible!

Cheesy Bacon Rice Ball is a great recipe as an appetizer, lunch, or even meal-prepping.
The cheese helps hold everything together, while the bacon adds tons of flavor. You can reheat it up in the microwave or the air fryer so the bacon stays crisp!
I highly recommend making Cheesy Bacon Rice Ball if you have leftover rice at home!
