Sinh Tố Bơ: Vietnam’s Creamy Street Dessert
Sinh Tố Bơ is one of Vietnam’s favorite avocado desert. It’s a super popular street snack, especially during the summers. This delicious dessert is mostly pure avocado, blended with ice and condensed milk. It takes less than 5 ingredients to make yourself at home! It’s fully vegetarian if you use coconut milk, so you can make it for anyone!
For the creamiest avocado smoothies, pick avocados that are fully ripe. Ripe avocadoes give you the most buttery flavors and smoothest consistencies. You can adjust the sweetness by changing the amount of condensed milk added.

Cook With Me: Easy To Eat Foods
I made this avocado smoothie for Dom after his wisdom tooth surgery, and he needed something a little easier to chew. It’s blended, super easy to eat, and melts into your mouth as a sweet, creamy drink. It’s a great dessert to make on a hot summer day. I love making this every time I’m craving ice cream, but don’t want something so heavy.
Besides this avocado smoothie, I also made for him a TON of mashed potatoes and some mango sago dessert.
Add Your Favorite Toppings To Sinh Tố Bơ
You can add anything you like to this Avocado Smoothie, just like on ice cream. I love adding anything from crushed waffle cones to toasted nuts. Today, I added an extra drizzle of condensed milk and some shredded coconut flakes as the topping for my smoothie. If you like a little tartness, dried cranberries or freeze dried strawberries are also great choices.
If you want to enjoy this like Taiwanese boba shops, you can also add brown sugar boba into your smoothie!
