A Week of Travel Outfits in Singapore (Discount Code!)

It’s been 7 years since I last visited Singapore, and this time, I’m back for my first brand trip with Love, Bonito! This is the first time I’ve been on a brand trip, and this entire week was filled with โ€œpinch meโ€ moments. I wanted to share with you what I did in Singapore, plus the comfy Love, Bonito travel outfits I wore every day of this week of adventuring. Don’t miss out, because also I have a special Love, Bonito discount code for you!

Day 1: Elegant Formal Welcome Dinner

How did a food blogger like me ended up getting invited on a fashion brand trip? Trust me, I asked myself the same thing too. In fact, I almost didn’t come on this trip because all the insecurities I had had in my head: What if the clothes don’t fit? What if it makes me look bloated? What if I don’t fit in?

Walking into the hotel room, I was welcomed by a beautiful Love, Bonito display and a closet full of this week’s travel outfits. As a foodie, I love clothes that not only have to look good, but also help me feel confidant and relaxed. I love Love, Bonito’s clothes for that exact reason.

For our welcome dinner, I chose a super bloat friendly Satin Trapeze Midaxi Dress. It’s flowy, and perfectly elegant for a formal welcome dinner at Mosella. Paired with the RuchedReadyโ„ข Rachel Blazer, it’s a classy outfit for a night of eating, drinking, and making new friends. Everyone was so nice and down to earth, it really calmed down my nerves about being here.

Day 2: Comfy Adventure Outfits On Travel Day

Our schedule on the first day was packed with activities! We visited the Mandai Wildlife Reserve and Changi Airport, and got to eat so much good hawker center food! I knew we were going to be out and about today, so I decided to wear a fun, but comfortable outfit!

I decided on the Abigail Trapeze Camisole Midaxi Dress in Dusty Citron. It was so flowy, you can have all the food you want AND go everywhere you need to. Plus, side pockets which I LOVE because I always have something in my hands. I just got another one of this dress in a different color, and I’m going to start bringing this on ALL of my foodie travel adventures!

To combat the sun, I topped this dress with the Light Washed Kaia Classic Denim Jacket, which in my opinion, goes with EVERYTHING.

We did a quick outfit change before heading over to Gardens by the Bay and ending the night with a family style meal. I wanted to be comfortable, so I put on a classic black Avery Round Neck Tee. I paired it with Yuna Tailored High Rise Pants, which are honestly the most flattering, comfortable trouser pants. Its linen material and flowy legs keeps it nice and airy for afternoon adventures!

Day 3: Keeping It Professional on Fashion Day

Day 3 is fashion day, where we visited Love, Bonitoโ€™s HQ to learn about their designs and their inspiring message: Ready to live, not just ready to wear. I love that they design clothes for real life and they truly understand that being ready to live may be different for everyone. Itโ€™s so surreal to be able to work with a company that understands that!

For our office visit, I wanted a more professional, put-together office look. I paired together the RuchedReadyโ„ข Rachel Melange Blazer with the beautiful Suri Classic Linen Belted Shirt Dress. Linen is perfect for Singapore’s humid weather, but the dress still flowy – so no movement restriction! The Rachel Melange Blazer instantly makes this outfit so classy and office-ready in no time!

Next we visited an actual Love, Bonito store. I’ve truly actually felt so comfortable and confident in these clothes these past few days. I went a little bit crazy and did a huge shopping spree! This flowy, light Emi Linen Fit & Flare Midi Dress comes in such a beautiful color – I had to get it!

Day 4: Singaporean Food Tour on Foodie Day

This is definitely my favorite day – and I spent it in my favorite outfit of the week! I needed a light, bloat-friendly outfit since I knew we’re going to eating and traveling all day. We spent the day eating iconic Singaporean classics like Kaya Toast, and spent hours trying tasty hawker stand food at the Tekka Center and Maxwell Hawker Center.

I put on the light and cozy Linen Swing Mini Dress, and used the Riley Button Down Shirt as a light coat. The dress has pockets that can ACTUALLY hold things! It runs a little big, so if you love this dress, definitely size down one size from your typical size! It’s just right for a day of trying new foods.

Day 5: Cozy Comfy Wellness and Gym Day

Day 5 is all about wellness! We started the day with making custom serums from scratch based on our own skin type. It was so educational to learn about what our skin needs! I opted for a loose fitting, casual outfit that helps me slow down from the activities from the days before.

For a morning of buffet breakfast and serum design, I wore the Avery Round Neck Tee to keep things nice and simple. I wore Rei Elastic Linen A-line Maxi Skirt on the bottom, and I’m at MAX comfort. The skirt is breathable, stretch, and has deep pockets! It’s the perfect travel skirt – and I’m getting this in 2 more colors!

In the afternoon, we attended a Pilates class – and you all know how much I love Pilates. I’m wearing Love, Bonito’s cheak setCourtside Bra and BaseCore Classic Legging. I added the Avery Round Neck Tee for the perfect workout basics set. I’m so glad that I can find the same level of comfort in both my formal and sports wear!

Day 6: Dressing Smart Casual on Design Day

I can’t believe we are on the last day of our trip! I’m feeling so so so grateful that I was able to experience everything. Today is design day, and we’ve got so many activities planned designed to inspire our creative thinking. From the Art and Science Museum to the Vespa Tour, we got to see the rest of Singapore. It was A DREAM!

I wore the Devika Linen Tailored Wide Leg Pants so it’s easy to let my inner child loose. These pants can go anywhere – from the office to the playground. To protect my arms from the sun, I added the Jesse Button Down Knit Cardigan. It’s light, soft, and comfy. We were exploring and playing and so inspired by the activities all day, and this travel outfit got me through the hot but busy day!
