All you need is chicken thigh with the skin on, coca-cola, oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, and onion.
I HIGHLY recommend using chicken thigh with the skin on, as the chicken skin provides fat and flavor to the dish.
If you are not cooking with the skin, cut down the cooking time to prevent the chicken from over-cooking and burning.

Ingredient
- 6 pieces of Chicken Thigh
- 1 whole Onion sliced
- 8 cloves of Garlic minced
- 4 tbsp of Soy Sauce
- 3.5 tbsp of Oyster Sauce
- 0.5 tbsp of Black Pepper
- 222 mL of Coke
- Turn the heat to medium-high and drizzle oil in a pan. Once the pan is hot, add in onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes, next add in minced garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add in the chicken skin side down first and let it cook for 3-5 minutes or until the skin is golden brown.
- Add in soy sauce, black pepper, oyster sauce, and coke. Make sure that every piece of chicken is soaked in the sauce.
- Put the lid on and turn the heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Turn the heat back up to medium-high and start pouring the sauce all over the chicken for another 3-5 minutes.
