This summer, refreshing, savory, and super delicious Creamy Feta Sauce has been my go-to recipe.
You can drizzle Creamy Feta Sauce on roasted potatoes, salmon, grilled chicken, or even use it as a dipping sauce with chips. All you need is a blender, and that’s it.

I’ve been making my Creamy Feta Sauce every other week because it is versatile and tastes good with everything!
Originally I created the Creamy Feta Sauce for my Salmon Bowl. However, the sauce tastes delicious with many other proteins.
I love drizzling the sauce on top of roasted potatoes and grilled chicken, used as a salad dressing, and even served as a dip with chips.
The best part about my creamy feta sauce is that you can prepare it the night before if you are serving it at a party, and it can also last in the fridge for up to 5 days!

A few simple ingredients are all you need to make my Creamy Feta Sauce.
Feta, cilantro, avocado, shallots, garlic, greek yogurt, olive oil, salt and pepper, lime juice, and my secret ingredient, cumin.
The cumin is my secret ingredient that gives my creamy feta sauce the extra umami kick.
The sauce is inspired by my love for guacamole and also tzatziki.
I prefer using shallots instead of red onion as shallot has a milder taste; that way, the sauce isn’t overpowered by the spicy kick from the onion.

I HIGHLY recommend pairing my Creamy Feta Sauce with my air-fried Salmon.

- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 lime’s juice
- pinch of Black Pepper
- ¼ cup greek yogurt
- ½ avocado
- ⅛ cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- Add feta, cilantro, shallots, garlic, lime juice, black pepper, greek yogurt, avocado, olive oil, and cumin in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Feta is quite salty already, but taste to see if you want any more additional seasoning with salt.
- Drizzle on top of anything, and it can last in the fridge for up to 5 days.
