I love using tofu as my primary source of protein because it is affordable, long-lasting, and takes less than 5 minutes to prepare.
I love LOTS of tofu recipes on my blog if you don’t like spicy food! Spicy Garlicky Tofu was created right when I came back from my trip. I had nothing left in my fridge except for tofu and eggs.
Using the condiments I already had in my pantry and fridge, I created this delicious, addicting Spicy Garlicky Tofu that got my husband and me eating bowls and rice. It was so delicious I knew I had to develop an official recipe for it!
