potsticker

Breakfast: Quick and Savory Homemade Potstickers to Kickstart My Day

When it’s that time of the month, I need something that’s both satisfying and doesn’t take forever to make. That’s why my go-to breakfast is homemade potstickers.

Trust me; there’s nothing like biting into a perfectly pan-fried dumpling, golden and crispy on the outside, with a flavorful filling inside.

I have tons of dumplings and potsticker recipes, but here are some of my go-to potsticker and dumpling recipes.

Here is also a youtube video where I meal-prepped 500+ dumplings and potstickers, where I also share how I prepare the filling, wrap the potstickers, and, lastly, how to store them.

strawberry milk

Mid-Day Snack: Korean Strawberry Milk and Jammin’ Toast

Go stock up on some strawberries, and let’s make FRESH Korean Strawberry Milk from scratch!

Refreshing, delicious, and easy to make at home, fresh Korean strawberry milk is my go-to drink every summer. Fresh Korean Strawberry Milk is SUPER easy to make, and the best part?

It is done with only four simple ingredients with no artificial flavor! All you need is fresh strawberries, honey, sugar, and lemon juice.

PRO-TIP: make extra because this strawberry syrup tastes amazing on top of ice cream, milk bread, and waffles, and even use it to make delicious drinks!

Lunch: 10-Minute Spicy Garlic Noodles

Do you ever get that fierce craving for spicy food? Well, I definitely do when it’s that time of the month. That’s why my lunchtime favorite is none other than 10-minute spicy garlic noodles.

It’s been 2.5 years, and I still make my Spicy Garlic Noodle at least once a week for lunch. Don’t say I didn’t warn you, but my 10-Minute Spicy Garlic Noodle is seriously so addicting and delicious.

The sauce is spicy, tangy, garlicky, and savory, paired with refreshing crunchy cucumber and a crispy fried egg; no wonder this Spicy Garlic Noodle is my most viral recipe! If you are looking for something quick, easy, cheap, and delicious, this noodle recipe is meant for you.

P.S. I always get questions asked about what noodles I use … well … PLEASE stay tuned and give me a couple more months. I have something super exciting to share with you all!
