It’s been 2.5 years, and I still make my Spicy Garlic Noodle at least once a week for lunch.
Don’t say I didn’t warn you, but my 10 Minute Spicy Garlic Noodle is seriously so addicting and delicious.
The sauce is spicy, tangy, garlicky, and savory, paired with refreshing crunchy cucumber and a crispy fried egg; no wonder this Spicy Garlic Noodle is my most viral recipe!
If you are looking for something quick, easy, cheap, and delicious, this noodle recipe is meant for you.
The Star of the sauce for my Spicy Garlic Noodle is my Homemade Chili Oil.

I drizzle my Homemade Chili Oil on EVERYTHING because I promise it is the best chili oil you will ever try! I always have homemade chili oil in the fridge, ready to go.
Homemade chili oil is super easy to make, and unlike other recipes, there will be no waste. I blend up all the garlic, spices, and herbs to take this chili oil to a whole other level.
You can use any noodles of your choice when making Spicy Garlic Noodle.
I am using wide hand-cut noodles, but you can also use udon, white noodles, ramen noodles, or any noodle of your choice.
If you are on a keto diet, I highly recommend using shirataki noodles.
I also have a hand-cut noodle recipe that is super easy. You can prepare the noodles in bulk and freeze up to 2 months.
Customize the Spicy Garlic Noodle depending on time, what you have in the fridge and your diet.
Spicy Garlic Noodle is vegetarian-friendly, so you can add on any protein of your choice.
I like to add toppings such as thinly sliced cucumber, chopped green onion, cilantro, and crispy fried egg.
You can also add shredded chicken, crispy fried scallion, and crushed peanuts.
