This Smoked Salmon Caviar Brunch Board was the perfect centerpiece for my absolute favorite yearly holiday tradition – Christmas brunch with my mom and sister. A delicious board lined with smoked salmon and caviar paired with fresh cucumbers, cream cheese, prosciutto, and toasted No Knead Bread. The best part? It takes only 10 minutes to put together – perfect for entertaining last minute guests. This plate is your next conversation piece for any girl’s night, book club gathering, or a brunch date!

The Perfect No-Cook Christmas Brunch with Family
Every year my family comes over the morning after Christmas for a holiday brunch. We cook together, laugh, and reminisce over the past year. This year in particular was the first time without my dad, and it’s so nice to just spend time together, which was much needed this holiday season.
For me, the perfect brunch is all about dishes that are refreshing, savory, comforting, and light. This year, I wanted to challenge myself by creating a Christmas brunch for my mom and sister with more than 5 dishes in less than 30 minutes. All with minimal cooking! With dishes like Turkish Eggs and Pomegranate Waldorf Salad, brunch actually turned out so much better than I expected!
Salmon Caviar Board: A Travel-Inspired Brunch
This salmon caviar board is a combination of my memories of the most incredible smoked salmon brunch on my walking tour of Montreal, and my first time trying caviar in Las Vegas! These are both such great memories of both my travels and sharing that time with people I love. I wanted to share that experience with my mom and my sister, so I put the two experiences together into this yummy Salmon Caviar Brunch Board.

Salmon Caviar Brunch Board Ingredients
- 1 Package Smoked Salmon
- 1 Package Prosciutto
- ½ Cup Cream Cheese
- ½ Cup Crème Fraiche
- 1 Cucumber, Sliced
- 1 Container Caviar
- Bread
- Olive Oil

Serving Toasted Bread with Your Salmon Caviar Plate
I served my Salmon Caviar plate with toasted No Knead Bread today because my mom brought over a ton of bread. It’s just the perfect amount of firm and crispy, but not crunchy. If you can find authentic Russian blini, or buckwheat pancakes, for your brunch, that would be the best thing to pair with your caviar.
You can also toast sliced baguettes, Pumpernickel, or any other denser bread to pair with the creamy sauce and briny caviar. For a more snack board feel, you can use water cracker or saltines instead.

Extras You Can Add To Your Brunch Boards
The fun part about a brunch board is you can add anything extra you’d like. Besides the star of the board, the salmon and caviar, today we also added a few extras to our board to give a little balance. The sliced cucumbers give a pop of freshness, while the prosciutto gives a meatier, less-fishy option to pair with the creamy sauces.
Some other vegetables that are great for the brunch board include radishes, carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, or endives. Pickled additions like Capers, pickled onions, and olives are also great to expand your brunch board.
