This Vegas trip was my first trip away from my family and Dom and honestly, I was a little bit nervous. But trying caviar for the first time and ordering room service congee at Resort World Las Vegas with your closest girl friends after clubbing when you’re in your 30’s feels extra special. My Vegas Girls’ Trip Weekend Itinerary
Day 1
Resorts World Las Vegas Hotel Tour
We just arrived in Vegas – and we’re checking into our hotel: Resort World Las Vegas! Our room is absolutely adorable—it’s modern, chic, and just so inviting. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the soft glow of mood lighting, perfectly highlighting the clean, elegant decor.
The plush bed is decked out with crisp white linens, and there’s a cozy seating area by the window with a dazzling view of Vegas Strip below. The bathroom? A total dream, featuring a luxurious soaking tub and a massive walk-in shower with rainfall showerheads.
And here’s the fun part—we have a connecting room! Perfect for making this girl’s trip extra special. Whether it’s late-night chats or quick outfit checks before we hit the strip, this setup made our weekend so much fun!
Aqua Seafood and Caviar
After we settled in, it was time to get the fun started with some amazing food at Aqua, a seafood and caviar restaurant in Resort World near the Conrad Hotel. While most people come to Vegas to party, I come to eat. Spoiler alert – this spot ended up being one of my favorite meals this trip. Let me tell you – this seafood and caviar feast was nothing short of magical.
The evening began with Caspy Caviar service—yes, caviar. The pearl-like sturgeon eggs were buttery, rich, and just slightly briny, perfectly balanced with homemade blinis, creme fraiche, and chives. Every bite felt like pure luxury, and paired with the perfect wine, we were feeling extra grateful and spoiled. Sharing the experience with my girlfriends was definitely a core memory that I will remember forever
As the meal continued, every dish that followed was equally special— made with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The Red Tuna Toasty ($26) is an absolute must order – fresh tuna perfectly mixed with creamy and spicy aioli, with just right pop of caviar on top. It was mine – and all the other girls’ favorite dish too! The Tasmanian Ocean Trout ($26) and Hamachi ($28), both made carpaccio-style with a great sweet-sour balance to the fish’s savory flavors. Their Chilean See Bass ($60), served with potato aspuma, hon himeji mushrooms, and chili oil, is another must order for sure.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively yet intimate, with dim lighting and soft music creating the perfect backdrop for catching up with my girlfriends. We laughed, reminisced, and toasted rounds of their Espresso Yo Self salted caramel espresso martinis to the weekend ahead, savoring every moment of the meal. If this first dinner was any indication of the weekend, we’re in for a truly unforgettable time. Vegas, you’ve set the bar high already!
Here Kitty Kitty Vice Den
Once we were fueled up, we headed over to the cutest speakeasy ever – Here Kitty Kitty Vice Den. This hidden gem is tucked away behind the Asian Food Court. We decided to try their original specialty cocktails made with Hennessy – and they were 10 out of 10! Each of their 4 original cocktails were all so unique, we had to steal sips of each other’s drinks. I ordered a Giraffe’s Tail ($23), with warm allspice and tart lime juice. We also ordered some tequila shots, which came with slices of oranges – total game changer!
The speakeasy vibe here is so cool, with sleek interiors and expertly crafted cocktails that transport you to a whole other world. If you’re looking for an intimate and unique spot to grab drinks with your friends, this is definitely one to check out. Clubbing at Zouk Nightclub
No Vegas trip is complete without a night of dancing, and Zouk Nightclub did not disappoint. The vibes in the club was off the charts, and we danced the night away to Ludacris rapping live on stage.
Zouk features various types of musical artists from hip-hop to EDM, so check their schedule online to get your favorite music. We were living our best lives, surrounded by the flashing lights and pumping music. It was such a millennial throwback! Honestly, this was the perfect Friday Girl’s Night Out.
Day 2
Resort World Room Service
The next day, we ordered room service from Resort World‘s expansive menu — an indulgent feast that perfectly matched our post-night-out vibes. Our table was covered with everything from fried rice to garlic green beans. Honestly, once you hit 30, recovering from a night out feels like a full-on mission. There’s nothing quite like lounging in a plush robe, savoring warm bowls of wonton soup and congee with crunchy chunks of Chinese doughnuts, and laughing with your best friends about the antics from the night before. Vegas comfort food paired with happy memories? Name a better combo.
Awana Spa and Wellness
We finished our delicious brunch and headed to Awana Spa and Wellness for a much needed spa day. After all the excitement, we were ready for some serious relaxation. This beautiful spa is everything I needed want for a day of pampering and rejuvenation, with services from massages to facials.
The tranquil environment and relaxing treatments helped me melt away any lingering nervousness about this trip. We left feeling completely refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day. If you’re looking to treat yourself (and who isn’t?), book an appointment for you and your girls!
Famous Foods Street Eats
Next up, we hit up Famous Foods Street Eats for a casual lunch. I’ve heard there’s tons of yummy Asian food here, so I’ve been really excited to visit. This food court offers a diverse variety of delicious Asian cuisine options. We couldn’t help but indulge in a bit of everything and load up on bowls of beef noodle soup and dumplings, along with other tasty snacks. For a second day lunch where everyone might want different foods, this food course is what you’ll need for your girl trips.
Nori Bar
Of course, when I’m in Vegas, I have to come to Nori Bar every time! I love the sushi and handrolls here because they make it right in front of you, and they’re generous with their fillings.
Their handrolls always taste super fresh no matter what seafood you get. Make sure to get the yuzu kosho and hot sauce – it’s goes so well with all the handrolls!
In-N-Out Burgers and Animal Fries
We were craving a little In-N-Out, so we ventured out of the hotel for a quick snack. If you remember, we’ve tried In-N-Out in Los Angeles a while ago, and I’ve missed these juicy, cheesy burgers. I grabbed a classic In-N-Out hamburger ($3.90) and some animal style fries ($5), which are covered in cheese, grilled onion, and their thousand island sauce. We sat outside enjoying the Vegas breeze, catching up over rich, messy fries.
This In-N-Out is inside the LINQ Promenade, which also has a bunch of other restaurants for your to choose from. They’re open daily until 1 AM, so you can catch a burger before you head out with the girls for the night!
Carversteak – Seafood Tower and Tomahawk Steak
I’ve been really wanting a good steak, so I was super excited as we prepped for dinner at Carversteak. If you want drama, they have it here. We started the meal with a round of Dry Martinis($32) from the tableside martini cart service. Watching a perfectly chilled dry martini come to life right in front of you was such a vibe! Pairing our martinis with a starter of Caviar Poppers ($28) felt super luxurious.
Our main courses were the ultimate surf and turf. We started with the Grand Plateau ($195), a tower of lobster, shrimp, oysters, clams, and mussels served with yuzu chili butter. Every part of the tower was plump and fresh, I had to have a bit of everything. The real star of the evening was the CS Tomahawk ($315) – 50 oz of F-1 Westholme Wagyu. It is every steak lover’s dream—cooked medium rare. The steak melted just like butter, and totally worth every indulgent bite.
Remembering myself slicing steak in Vegas with my best friends, sipping on a custom martini crafted right in front of me will forever bring a smile to my face. After the excitement of last night, we decided to wind down in style at Allé Lounge on 66. Their drink menu is just as impressive as their view of the Strip at night. We couldn’t resist the Cookie Butter Espresso Martini ($25), a dreamy blend of Absolut Vanilla Vodka, Kahlúa, cookie butter, and espresso. It’s a creamy pick-me-up that tastes like you’re drinking tiramisu. My friends went for the Yuzu Lemon Drop ($21), made with Grey Goose Le Citron, yuzu liqueur, yuzu syrup, and fresh lemon. It’s tangy, citrusy perfection with a sophisticated twist.
