If you are feeling under the weather, bloated, or cramped, you need to try my Apple Herbal Tea.
I’ve been making my mom’s Apple Herbal Tea for years, and I feel so much better every time I have it. The tea takes only 20 minutes to make, and you can easily find all the ingredients. Let me know if you try this Apple Herbal Tea and if it helps your cramps.

All you need to make Apple Herbal Tea is Apple, Chinese Red Dates, Goji Berries, Red Sugar, and Water.
Each ingredient has its own health benefit in traditional Chinese medicine.
APPLE
Apple is believed to help hydrate the body, clear heat, and eliminate toxins, which is helpful with cramps, dehydration, and coughs.
Chinese Red Dates, also known as Jujube, are packed with vitamins and minerals. There are many health benefits, such as being high in iron to help the blood replenish and circulation, easing anxiety and enhancing sleep, high in antioxidants, and amazing for gut health and digestive aid. I highly recommend checking out Tily Tea blog post on Red Dates to learn more!
Goji berry is popular superfood high in antioxidants, which help fight diseases, manage weight, and promote better digestion.
RED SUGAR
Red sugar not only makes the drink tastes good, but it also helps promote the formation of blood cells since it contains vitamin B1, B3, B6, and C.
