Herbal Teas: A Chinese Health Secret
In Chinese culture, it’s very common to include herbs as part of your food and drink in order to replenish nutrients you lack. Based on the ingredients added, the food or drink may contain different benefits, from decreasing blood pressure to having glowing skin.
Chinese medicine philosophy states that the best way of improving your beauty is first getting proper sleep and digestion. This hibiscus rose beauty tea does exactly that: improves heart health, digestion, and sleep quality. It warms you right up with a sweet, tangy flavor from the hibiscus and goji berries! It’s exactly what I need to show myself a little love, whether it’s during a work session or while I’m opening up a book to relax.

Beauty Boosting Herbs and Flowers in Hibiscus Rose Tea
