Vegetarian Spring Roll
My grandmotherโs FAMOUS Traditional Taiwanese Vegetarian Spring Rolls is always a party star! Whenever I host a dinner party, I always make my famous super crispy Vegetarian Spring Rolls because it is the best crowd-pleaser and super easy to make at home.
You can customize your spring roll with your favorite vegetables, plus you can make them in bulk and freeze them for the perfect weeknight snack and appetizer.
Vegetarian Spring Roll Ingredients
- ยฝ Carrot shredded
- ยฝ Taiwanese Cabbage sliced
- 8-10 Shiitake Mushrooms sliced
- 2 Green Onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Cilantro chopped
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 packs of Vermicelli Noodles
- 3 tbsp Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Mushroom Powder
- 2 tsp White Pepper
- 50 Large Spring Roll Wrappers
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Water

Crab Rangoon Dip with Wonton Chips
Rich and CREAMY Crab Rangoon Dip with Homemade Wonton Chips is a must-have dish for holiday long weekends! Fresh crab meat mixed with cream cheese and Japanese mayo topped with mozzarella cheese and baked till everything is melted and gooey, you will never believe how flavourful and addicting this dip is!

Taiwanese Fried Wings with Creamy Green Sauce
Taiwanese Fried Chicken Wings: deep fried AND air fried paired with a creamy green Cilantro Yogurt sauce. This is an easy and affordable party dish made with ingredients that you can find at your local supermarket. Tasty, crispy, and easy to make in bulk.

Fried Chicken Wings with Green Sauce Ingredients
Marinated Chicken Wings
Batter: Air fryer version
- 1 Egg
- 4 tbsp Corn Starch
- ยผ cup Soda Water Ice Cold
- 1.5 cup Tapioca Starch
Batter: Deep Fry Version
- 1 Egg
- 1.5 cup Corn Starch
- โ cup Soda Water cold
Spicy Creamy Green Sauce
- 1 bunch cilantro around 2 cups
- 2 jalapeno remove the seeds
- 1 lime
- 5-8 gloves of garlic
- 1 cup mint
- ยฝ cup mayo
- ยฝ cup greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to season

My Salt and Pepper Tofu is FAIL-PROOF, and I also have a few secret tips for extra crispy tofu, plus my homemade savory pepper seasoning. This recipe is one of my favorite ways to enjoy tofu and is always a crowd-pleaser.

- 14 ounces Medium Firm or firm Tofu cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 cups Water
- 1.5 cups Tapioca Starch
Seasoning Powder:
- ยพ tsp Salt
- ยฝ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- ยฝ tsp ground Sichuan peppercorn
- 1 tsp Mushroom Powder
- ยผ tsp ground chili
Rest of the dish:
- 6 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 red chili chopped
- 2 green onion chopped

Refreshing Summer Fruit Jelly
Fruit Jelly is easy, delicious, refreshing, and a fun party recipe to make for your friends and family. It’s easy to make these in bulk and ahead of time, so if I’m busy, this is my go-to potluck dish. You can add any fruit you’d like, and it’ll taste just as great. In the summer, it’s a perfect dessert for parties with children!
Made with Agar-agar powder, this recipe is vegetarian-friendly. It’s a great dessert option to accommodate guests with allergies.
