Thisย No Knead Bread Recipeย is one of my momโ€™s weekly must-makes when I was a child โ€“ and now itโ€™s one of my weekend rituals.ย I love baking bread with my mom and seeing how creative she can get with some dough and an oven! My momโ€™s recipes are allย super beginner friendly. As someone who doesnโ€™t enjoy baking and gets intimidated by yeast related recipe, I swear baking this bread is so easy.

If thereโ€™s one thing that will always get me excited to wake up in the morning, it is a smell of freshly baked bread. We made a bunch of different breads using just her no-knead dough recipe as a base, like my double cheesy stuffed buns.

Making a Super Fluffy No Knead Bread Base Dough

No oil, sugar, kneading or machine needed! This recipe honestly makes baking so easy, and I’m no baker. Thisย fail-proof bread recipeย is super beginner friendly, becauseย its base dough only 4 ingredients, and theย yeastย does all the work!ย 

The trick to super fluffy bread? Making the dough the night before and letting it rise overnight creates perfectly fluffy dough the next day!

I love adding toppings to my bread base to make my weekly bread a little more interesting. Someteimes, Iโ€™m adding olives for one loaf, and cheese and sun-dried tomatoes for another. If youโ€™re looking for something on the sweeter side, you can add dried fruits, nuts, or even some mini chocolate chips. All you have to do with your toppings is wrap them into the dough before baking.

Secret Tips For Fluffy Personal Sized Bread Loaves

You can also adjust the size of the dough portions depending on what you are using the bread for. You can follow the normal instructions to bake this bread in one big loaf, or you can make 4 individua loaves. With this recipe I found 4 portions to be the perfect individual size for breakfast in the morning.

While baking individual loafs, keep each bread moist on the inside by steaming it with a little container of water in the oven while baking. Itโ€™s a little trick my mom taught me growing up!

What To Eat With No Knead Bread

Now that you have a loaf of No Knead Bread for the week, what do you eat with your bread? Literally anything! This is such a good base bread, I pair it with literally anything from homemade strawberry jam to chili oil. I also love eating a slice of this bread with all sorts of runny egg or saucy dishes, like Korean Mayak Eggs for a satisfying breakfast. Try this bread with a classic peanut better and jelly, or with any of the condiments and dishes below.

I love spreading this fresh homemade pesto on my sandwiches whenever I want a quick bite. This pesto pairs super well with our No Knead Bread, especially with herbal or nutty mix-ins like rosemary, garlic, or pine nuts, or with a Double Cheese loaf.
