Authentic Chinese Steamed Fish

What Fish To Use For Steamed Fish?

I am using Black Cod today, but this recipe works with whatever type of fish you prefer. If you are using just filets without bone, it should take less than 8 minutes to cook. I will often steam a whole fish if I am serving guests. Just steam an extra 5-7 minutes longer depending on the size of the fish.

Chinese Streamed Fish is a healthy and delicious way to enjoy your fish. For those that are Keto, feel free to substitute sugar with Monk Sugar. You can find Monk Sugar at Costco or Amazon.
