An easy delicious dinner that you will be craving every day! You will need soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and a lot of black pepper for the delicious restaurant-quality Beef and Broccoli Fried Rice Glaze.

The secret is ketchup, as it provides the perfect acidity and sweetness for the sauce.
I am doing the classic stir-fry with red onion and peppers, but you can also add other vegetables. I’ve made Black Pepper Beef Noodle Stir-fry with baby corn, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, and green pepper before, and it tasted amazing!

The best part about my black pepper beef noodle stir-fry is that you can use any noodle of your choice!
I am using spaghetti today but you can also use shanghai noodles, udon noodles, or fettuccine. Cook the noodles in salted water based on instruction till al-dente. Rinse with cold water and set aside.

Here are a few secrets to SUPER TENDER Black Pepper Beef Noodle stir-fry every single time!
1. The first one is baking soda.
I got this secret from a good friend who works at a Chinese restaurant; it is honestly a game-changer. No more eating tough beef at home, and hello to juicy, tender, silky beef!
2. The second tip is cutting against the grain and diagonally.
Always cut against the grain and sideways to get thin slices. With this tip, it doesn’t matter what type of steak you get; it will turn out perfect every time!
3. The final tip is to freeze the beef for 30 minutes before slicing it.
This step will make it 100x easier to cut the meat.
