Easy, HEALTHY, and delicious Creamy Sesame Pasta Salad is my go-to recipe this summer!
If you want to get more vegetables in your system in a delicious way, you need to try my Creamy Sesame Pasta Salad.
Super easy to meal-prep at home, and you can customize based on what you have in the fridge.
The Creamy Sesame sauce is refreshing and super addicting, the perfect recipe for the summer.

If you are busy and want a recipe that you can prepare in bulk, you need to try my Creamy Sesame Pasta Salad.
I like to make a large batch of Creamy Sesame Pasta Salad and store it in the fridge for the next 4-5 days.
The pasta soaks up all the sauce and becomes even more flavourful overall. Store the pasta in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
I like to portion out the pasta ahead of time, so there is an even amount of toppings among each serving.
Toppings such as shredded almonds can be left on the side, so it stays nice and crunchy!

This Creamy Sesame Pasta Salad is inspired by Asian Sesame Dressing.
All you need is Creamy Sesame Paste, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Olive Oil, Ginger, Rice Vinegar, and a pinch of Sugar.
I like to make my Sesame Paste at home as it is super simple and affordable. However, you can also use tahini or store-bought roasted sesame paste.
The rice vinegar gives the sauce a tangy, refreshing taste, which pairs perfectly with the creamy sesame paste. If you like it spicy, add some chili oil to the sauce.

Creamy Sesame Pasta Salad is vegetarian-friendly; however, you can customize it with other protein options.
I am using bocconcini for my protein, but you can also add shredded chicken, feta, tofu, or any protein you choose.
Since the dressing is flavourful, I recommend a more bland protein, so the flavors don’t crash into each other.
You can use any vegetable of your choice based on what is available to you. Some vegetables that I love are Edamame, Red Pepper, Cucumber, Green Onion, and Cabbage.
