All three homemade Asian sauces are easy to make at home and can be prepared in bulk. By having these three homemade Asian sauces, I can prepare many different recipes in less than 10 minutes!

#1 Homemade Asian Sauces: HOMEMADE CHILI OIL
I drizzle my Homemade Chili Oil on EVERYTHING because I promise it is the best chili oil you will ever try! Out of all the Asian sauces that I have, my Homemade Chili oil is the number one sauce I cannot live without.

Homemade Chili Oil is super easy to make, and unlike other recipes, there will be no waste with this recipe.
We will be blending up all the garlic, spices, and herbs to take this chili oil to another level. This weekend, you need to make this jar of flavor heaven because this recipe will BLOW YOUR MIND.
Ingredients:
- 20 cloves of chopped Garlic
- 4 tbsp of Sichuan Peppercorn
- 25 whole Red Chilli
- 2 tbsp of Red Chilli Flakes
- 4 cups of Oil (I use grapeseed oil)
- 2.5 tbsp of Korean Chilli Flakes
- 2 Star Anise
- 2 Tbsp of Salt

The sauce is spicy, tangy, garlicky, and savory, paired with refreshing crunchy cucumber and a crispy fried egg; no wonder this Spicy Garlic Noodle is my most viral recipe!

#2 Homemade Asian Sauces: SCALLION OIL
There is so much flavor in homemade Scallion Oil Sauce, and it is super easy to make at home.
The oil is packed with umami flavor from fresh scallion, soy sauce, and sugar.
With only FIVE ingredients, the Scallion Oil is filled with so much flavor that it tastes good with everything. PLUS, scallion oil can last in your fridge for 2 weeks!
Ingredients
- 8-10 stocks of Green Onion
- 1 cup of Oil
- 4 tbsp of Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp of Dark Soy Sauce
- 2.5 tbsp of Vegetarian Oyster Sauce (optional)
- 2 tbsp of Sugar

#3 Homemade Asian Sauces: CREAMY SESAME PASTE
I never shared my Sesame paste recipe before, but it is healthy and made with only a few simple ingredients.
There are so many recipes that you can make with sesame paste, and it’s also a staple condiment for hotpot dipping sauces.
My favorite recipe is my Taiwanese cold noodle, which is healthy and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of White Sesame Seeds
- ¼ cup of roasted peanuts
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 0.5 tsp of Sugar
- ¼ – ½ cup of Sesame Oil
- Toast sesame seeds for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant. If you are using roasted sesame seeds, you can skip this step.
- Blend the sesame seeds with roasted peanuts, salt, sugar, and sesame oil until smooth. Slowly add in the sesame oil as you blend, and add more sesame oil if you prefer a runnier consistency.
- Store in a glass jar in the fridge for 1 month.
CREAMY SESAME PASTE
Materials
- 1 cup of White Sesame Seeds
